My PMP Player (MP5/V-70) has been locked.? - pmp player

Software was automatically after loading some files on my drive loacked PMP. The window displays a padlock icon at the top and none of the buttons work. There is no reset button on the device. Please indicate if I can open with any Flash-Internet?
