Is there anything I should uninstall it immediately?
Together, these programs are not as bad as my old laptop, which had a lot of unnecessary waste.
In addition to these programs easy to see that there is something to clean me or check, in order to optimize the performance of my laptop?

It seems that at least two programs will need a security patch.

Go here and perform a free text. It tells you what is needed and where to get it.

Delete, you do not need. Some, such as Office and hardware installations useful, but the rest is bloatware.
