Help! Recommend what to do with Pet Parrot once leaving on vacation? - pet sitter organizations

I think to get a parrot / bird. I read the needs, problems, care, cleaning, etc. required to keep a parrot. I am ready to get one, but I found a big problem. Very often I am with my family on vacation, sometimes for weeks at a time. Sometimes I have with the car, sometimes by plane. No family lives in my neighborhood, intends to take any friends. Can anyone recommend what I do with my parrot? Where can I find good parrot / pet sitter? None of the organizations that can be taken? Please help.

OK, let me say that I go to hire someone to review the important things: termites, air conditioning / heating, electrical, plumbing and maybe. I think I could do other things .... BTW, I'm an engineer (electronics) and my wife studied architecture, that we are not quite stupid to do things to us.
I have several reports from the inspection of the sample, so that you can control, and possibly all of the things that appear. As I said, for things like electricity I'm an electrician anyway.
