My psychiatrist told me that if I was less ABILIFY 5 mg per day is because I have not sleep and would have more energy, that true?

I have both 5 mg / day and 10 mg / day. The 10 had a tendency to make me sleepy and my head ache. The dose of 5 mg had no side effects. It is important to keep the docotr up to date, and follow the instructions regarding the dosage. If you have any side effects and you want your dose, talk to your doctor to reduce.
I've heard (although I do not know) the validity of that high doses are more sedating than lower doses.
