Interstate Car Towing Friend Crashed My Other Friend's Car, Wasn't His Fault, The Other Guy Got Away, What Happens?

Friend Crashed My Other Friend's Car, Wasn't His Fault, the Other Guy Got Away, What Happens? - interstate car towing

So have my colleagues had to put a car last week, because one of them in the workshop. Those who do not have the car that he drove on (the same place together) to take the car. Going down the road at 60 mph within the truck in front of a garbage bag full of litter and lose diverted out of control and ended up beating the rails on both sides of the street and get whiplash wicked (no other vehicles were involved). An ambulance took him to the hospital (which was good) and the car was towed (and us). Now already paid for the car to the towing company, but my question is what happens insurance wise. The falling man who had the bag out of the car never stopped, and there were several witnesses, the police said, what exactly happened. The man who owns the vehicle has a fundamental responsibility, and that's all. Well, what in what's going to happen to pay? The wreck was not (his fault because the truck) in front of him, but because the man has escaped (screwed my roommate)? No tThis man, who drove the car that has insurance coverage? Anyone have any ideas? I tried to see the trash a few hours to see if I could find something with an address to locate him, but it was clean. I want to really try to know if my roommate, not all received, and is now completely without traffic.

Forget about going through the trash to the other vehicle found. It's pointless. The cause of the accident was not the bag, the cause was the behavior of his friends. Liability insurance covers damage to protected tracks, but not to go, of course, to pay the car. When the driver of the car has its own car insurance may be the result and can be fully or partially covers the damage to the car. Check with your company.

The friend who is a car of a friend on the other side responsible driving. You should not follow so closely with another vehicle (one bedroom) with an open cargo, you can avoid such a situation, when the load falls off the truck. The guys who owned the car should have taken more than the minimum liability, unless you can afford to replace the vehicle. In short, I had the car is responsible for his condition at his own expense.

You borrow, you are responsible for a good yield.

If it is to pay for another truck, sure, fine. If not, then the borrower will not pay. It is the responsibility you have when you borrow.

If this is the right car to the borrower, the loss of their (not even the problem) for sale. So, do not suffer in this case, the lender but the borrower must bear the loss.

For example, you borrow my camera. You get attacked. It is not their fault. It is the fault of the attacker. But we need to be returned in perfect condition or pay for.

Good luck .......

HP on the legality and propriety, is simply foolish to offer a car accident, without covered.
